When tasked with solidifying Grenade as a leading brand on TikTok Shop, Gymfluencers took a full-spectrum approach to make the sports nutrition giant truly unmissable.
Here’s what we delivered.
Hayley Collins, TikTok Account and Operations Manager, and her team of presenters immediately filled Grenade’s schedule with eight lives a month.
Fusing in-app sales tools such as discounts, giveaways and flash sales with education, community building and Hayley’s trademark high-energy charm, it wasn’t long before the needle began to jump.

In just 30 days, Grenade’s TikTok Shop revenue climbed 1,109% versus the previous month, with lives accounting for a staggering 60% of that growth.
With consistency and quality in equal measure, Hayley and co. kept the momentum rolling, returning a GMV increase of 699% from lives in the first six months.
From January to March 2026 alone, the streams have driven sales of 1,200 items from Grenade’s TikTok Shop, maintaining an impressive Click-Through Rate of 2%.
Complimenting a busy calendar of lives, Gymfluencers’ in-house content team filled Grenade’s profile with 60 videos a month, blending shoppable and organic content to hit the sweet spot between brand affinity and sales.

Daily posting fuelled a 267% spike in Product Card GMV within the first six months, accounting for almost 50% of Grenade’s TikTok revenue.

Late last year, Grenade once again showed why it sits on the throne of functional snacking by releasing a category-first Creme Egg collaboration.
The launch also represented the birth of a new Soft Core protein bar format, described as its “most indulgent offering yet.”

Other key milestones included Grenade’s OREO four-pack reaching the UK’s top three viral products on TikTok Shop – a quite remarkable accomplishment.
With the team’s 360° support, it took just weeks for Grenade to leap from the chasing pack to a clear frontrunner on TikTok Shop.
In just six months, Gymfluencers helped pull the pin on 28,901 orders, translating to 43,613 items sold and a GMV increase of 414%.
